The invention provides an oleophobic impervious coating with mechanical stability as well as a preparation method and application of the oleophobic impervious coating. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, uniformly mixing tetraethyl orthosilicate, a low-surface-energy modifier, nanoparticles and a solvent in proportion by a sol-gel method, magnetically stirring to obtain oleophobic sol, then filtering, drying and grinding the oleophobic sol to obtain oleophobic fine powder, and then brushing an adhesive on a cement-based material to serve as a bottom coating. And after the adhesive is half-dried, filling oleophobic fine powder into a powder sprayer, spraying the oleophobic fine powder on the bottom coating, and curing at room temperature to obtain the oleophobic anti-permeability coating with mechanical stability. The oleophobic anti-permeability coating with mechanical stability has the advantages of being simple to prepare, convenient and efficient to use, good in oleophobic anti-permeability effect on various oils, good in mechanical stability and the like, and the infiltration and infiltration resistance of a cement-based material on various oils can be remarkably improved; the method has a wide application prospect in oleophobic protection of most substrates such as cement-based materials.
