The invention relates to a titanium alloy sintering method for a graphite furnace. The titanium alloy sintering method comprises the steps that firstly, absolute ethyl alcohol and zirconium oxide powder are mixed together according to the weight ratio of 3: 1 and stirred to form a coating; 2, uniformly coating the coating on the surface of 99 porcelain; thirdly, the titanium alloy blank is placed on the 99 porcelain with the coating, the assembled titanium alloy blank and the 99 porcelain are placed into a molybdenum box together, and a molybdenum box cover plate covers the molybdenum box; and 4, the whole molybdenum box is put into a graphite furnace to be sintered. According to the method, the absolute ethyl alcohol and the zirconium oxide powder are used as coatings to be coated on the surface of the 99 porcelain, so that a titanium alloy blank can be prevented from being polluted in a high-temperature process, titanium alloy sintering can be performed in a graphite furnace, a molybdenum wire heating metal furnace is effectively replaced, and the overall production cost and production difficulty are reduced.
