Anti-ablation carbon/carbon composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-ablation carbon/carbon composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a SiC coating with zigzag morphology on the surface of a sample sheet; the preparation method of the sample piece comprises the following steps: alternately stacking mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber orthogonal woven cloth and chopped fiber web layers to obtain a fiber fabric; puncturing the fiber fabric in the thickness direction of the fiber fabric by using a continuous fiber bundle to prepare a 3D preform; densifying the 3D preform by using an ICVI (Inductively Coupled Vapor Infiltration) process to obtain a 3D carbon/carbon composite material; performing graphitization heat treatment on the 3D carbon/carbon composite material to obtain a graphitized composite material; slicing the graphitized composite material along the thickness direction to obtain a sample sheet; and preparing an ablation-resistant outer coating on the surface of the SiC coating through a plasma spraying method to obtain the ablation-resistant carbon/carbon composite material. The coating of the prepared anti-ablation carbon/carbon composite material has anti-scouring and anti-ablation capacities, and the bonding strength between the coating and a matrix is high.
本发明公开了一种抗烧蚀碳/碳复合材料及其制备方法,在试样片的表面制备表面具有锯齿状形貌的SiC涂层;试样片的制备方法包括:将中间相沥青基碳纤维正交编织布和短切纤维网胎层交替堆叠,得到纤维织物;使用连续纤维束在纤维织物的厚度方向对纤维织物穿刺,制得3D预制体;利用ICVI工艺对3D预制体进行致密化,得到3D碳/碳复合材料;对3D碳/碳复合材料进行石墨化热处理,得到石墨化复合材料;将石墨化复合材料沿着厚度方向切片,得到试样片;在SiC涂层表面通过等离子喷涂方法制备抗烧蚀外涂层,得到抗烧蚀碳/碳复合材料。本发明制备得到的抗烧蚀碳/碳复合材料的涂层具有抗冲刷以及抗烧蚀能力,且与基体之间结合强度高。
