The chimney outer barrel is of a reinforced concrete structure and comprises an outer barrel body located on the lower portion and an outer barrel upper section located on the upper portion, and an inner barrel supporting platform is arranged on the lower portion of the outer barrel body; the steel inner barrel comprises an inner barrel upper section, an inner barrel hanging section and an inner barrel supporting section which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, the inner barrel upper section is located in the outer barrel upper section, and the inner wall of the outer barrel upper section and the outer wall of the inner barrel upper section are tightly combined into a whole; the inner cylinder hanging section is located in the outer cylinder body, and a gap is formed between the inner cylinder hanging section and the outer cylinder body. And the inner cylinder supporting section is supported on the inner cylinder supporting platform.
