The invention discloses an impact-resistant repairable roller sleeve and a preparation process thereof, the impact-resistant repairable roller sleeve comprises a roller core, a plurality of wear-resistant strips are annularly mounted on the outer circumference of the roller core, and ceramic latticed prefabricated parts are cast and compounded in the wear-resistant strips. The preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a ceramic latticed prefabricated part; (2) preparing a bimetallic wear-resistant strip; (3) preparing a roller core; and (4) assembling and arranging the bimetallic wear-resistant strips on the outer circumference of the roller core, and performing laser welding on the upper end and the lower end to finally form the shock-resistant repairable roller sleeve. According to the impact-resistant repairable roller sleeve and the preparation process thereof, repair is convenient after later abrasion, the abrasion-resistant strips are made of ceramics and metal materials in a composite mode, and the impact-resistant repairable roller sleeve has dual abrasion resistance and is good in impact resistance.
