The invention relates to a microwave ferrite material with high dielectric constant and low ferromagnetic resonance line width, which is used by matching a main formula and additives, the main formula comprises Y2O3, Fe2O3 and Bi2O3, the additives comprise ZrO2, CaCO3 and MnCO3, and the microwave ferrite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 13 to 18 weight percent of Y2O3, 50 to 55.5 weight percent of Fe2O3, 27 to 35 weight percent of Bi2O3, 0.5 to 1.5 weight percent of ZrO2, 0.5 to 2 weight percent of CaCO3 and 0.55 to 0.95 weight percent of MnCO3. The microwave circulator and isolator can be applied to related devices of 5G communication so as to meet miniaturization and integration application of microwave circulators and isolators.
