The invention discloses a maintenance method for a straddle type monorail track beam finger-shaped plate sleeve, which comprises the following steps of: determining an abnormal track beam finger-shaped plate, preparing personnel, determining a construction process, disassembling the abnormal track beam finger-shaped plate, coring a coring part of the track beam finger-shaped plate, and cleaning a hole in a base plate after coring. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, installing a sleeve on a plate seat, checking and determining that an anchor bolt is screwed into the sleeve, correspondingly completing grouting operation according to a construction process, then cleaning sundries and pollution on the surface of the plate seat, and finally installing the track beam finger-shaped plate, so that in the maintenance and repair process of the track beam finger-shaped plate, the time required in the traditional process is greatly shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved. In this way, in the maintenance process of the track beam finger-shaped plate, operation can be conducted according to the actual stopping time of a monorail train, the maintenance operation cannot be completed within the stopping time of the monorail train in a traditional technology, and only the maintenance operation can be completed in advance, so that further damage expansion of the finger-shaped plate is caused in the running process of the monorail train.
