Track patrol inspection device
The invention belongs to the technical field of track installation and maintenance, and discloses a track inspection and inspection device. The device comprises an inspection vehicle body, an inspection unit and a floating unit, and the inspection vehicle body is arranged below the track and can move in the extending direction of the track; the inspection unit is arranged on the inspection vehicle body, the floating unit comprises a floating assembly, the floating assembly extends in the width direction of the track, and the two ends of the floating assembly are slidably arranged on the track and are adjustably connected to the inspection vehicle body in the vertical direction so as to synchronously move along with the inspection vehicle body; meanwhile, the floating assembly can float up and down along with the laying height of the track. The inspection unit performs distance measurement by emitting laser to the floating assembly, namely, the laying flatness of the track is judged by measuring the vertical distance between the two ends of the floating assembly and the inspection unit. The device realizes automatic inspection through the inspection vehicle body, can reduce human input, and improves the inspection efficiency and the accuracy of inspection results.
