The invention relates to the technical field of foot planks, in particular to a self-adaptive wind-resistant foot plank which comprises a fixing unit with at least one containing position. A movable unit is rotatably connected in the accommodating position, and the movable unit is connected with the fixed unit through a shaft assembly; wherein the shaft assembly is located on one side of the center line of the front view face of each movable unit, when the bottom of each movable unit is subjected to wind pressure, by adopting the design of the fixed unit and the multiple movable units, ventilation can be achieved through rotation of the movable units when the bottom of the whole foot plank is subjected to wind pressure under the weather of strong wind, and therefore the wind pressure is reduced; compared with an integral foot plank structure, the possibility that the foot plank is turned over by wind and causes safety accidents due to overlarge pressure is avoided, and secondly, the shaft assembly on the movable unit adopts a three-section design structure, so that multiple effects of rotation, limiting and damping can be met to adapt to opening and closing in a wind environment to change the aerodynamic performance of the foot plank.
