The invention belongs to the technical field of hydropower station protection structures, and particularly relates to a mountain area hydropower station pressure pipeline rockfall damage prevention structure which comprises two fixing blocks. An arc-shaped groove is formed in the fixing block; a pressure pipeline body is mounted in the arc-shaped groove; when falling rocks fall onto the protection plate, the protection plate can bear impact force and slow down the impact force through the buffer springs, the direct effect of the impact force on the pipeline can be remarkably reduced through the elastic effect of the buffer springs, and therefore the pipeline is protected against damage, meanwhile, the supporting plate can absorb counter impact force generated by the buffer springs, and the pipeline is protected against damage. The supporting plates absorb counter impact force brought by the buffer springs, the reinforcing plates conduct the counter impact force absorbed by the supporting plates to the ground where the fixing blocks are located through the fixing blocks, the reinforcing plates are used for enhancing the bearing capacity and stability of the fixing blocks, and the impact force can be conducted to the ground more effectively; and the damage to the pipeline is reduced.
