Forced slurry discharge in the hole and pressure monitoring in the ground are achieved, and an effective joint reinforcing method is provided for engineering projects with the large reinforcing depth and the high requirement for the surrounding environment; underground waste mud can be forcibly pumped out through the mud discharge pipe under the action of the water suck-back adapter and the air suck-back adapter; the underground pressure sensor and the mud discharging valve are installed on the drill bit, the mud discharging amount can be controlled by adjusting the size of the mud discharging valve, the underground pressure can be recovered to be normal, and therefore the influence of construction on the surrounding environment is reduced, the jetting efficiency of high-pressure slurry is improved, and the reinforcing quality is guaranteed.
本发明提供一种TRD间断施工接缝补强处理的施工方法,包括:接缝位置记录;施工设计参数确定;施工准备并开挖泥浆收集池;测量定位MJS工法桩施工控制点并预埋标志;引孔钻进;喷射钻机就位下放多孔钻杆;浆液喷射、旋摆上升;地内压力监测、控制排泥量;成桩。本发明实现了孔内强制排浆和地内压力监测,为加固深度较大、周边环境要求较高的工程项目提供了有效的接缝补强方法;通过倒吸水和倒吸空气适配器的作用,可以将地下的废泥浆通过排泥管强制抽出;通过在钻头上装有地内压力感应器和排泥阀门,可以通过调整排泥阀门的大小控制泥浆排出量,使地内压力恢复正常,从而减少施工对周边环境的影响,提高高压浆液的喷射效率,保证补强质量。
