The invention relates to an energy-saving efficient multidirectional mixing pile forming method which comprises the steps that a drilling tool is adjusted to drill a piling position, a power motor is started to drive a drilling rod to rotate, and a first blade rotates to cut a soil body for punching; after a first blade enters the soil body, a first motor is started to enable a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod to extend out of a strip-shaped hole to form a stirring paddle to stir the soil body and cement; the drill rod continuously descends until the drill rod drills to the designed depth; the drill rod is rotationally lifted, and the cement soil is stirred in multiple directions again in the lifting process; and the drill bit is continuously rotated and lifted until the pile top elevation, and single-pile construction is completed. The first supporting rod and the second supporting rod extend out of the side face of the main sleeve to form the stirring paddle, the length of the stirring paddle is controlled, the device adapts to soil bodies in different states, the soil bodies can be fully stirred with cement, and the pile forming quality is improved.
