The invention discloses a construction method of a secant pile protection wall for a coastal deep rock-filled stratum, which comprises the following steps: firstly, consolidating and filling rocks on two sides of an underground diaphragm wall by adopting high-pressure jet grouting, then penetrating through a strongly weathered rock stratum by adopting a cone drill for cutting rocks, and injecting cemented soil slurry prepared outside a hole into a pile hole to form a cemented soil retaining wall with low strength; and finally, a pipe twisting machine all-casing construction technology is adopted to be matched with grab bucket soil taking and hole forming, and after a reinforcement cage is placed, super-delayed coagulation concrete pouring is adopted to achieve soft lap joint between the secant piles. The post-grouting continuous cement-soil wall is formed by preparing cement-soil slurry outside the hole, and secondary full-casing pile forming is performed in the cement-soil continuous wall. The problem that a supporting body cannot be constructed due to the fact that a rotary excavating hard cutting pile body enters an underground diaphragm wall is solved, and meanwhile the problems that other pure all-casing-pipe schemes are high in cost, joints are prone to water seepage and low in efficiency are solved.
本发明公开了一种沿海深厚填石地层咬合桩保护墙的施工方法,首先在地连墙两侧采用高压旋喷固结填石,然后采用切割岩石的牙轮钻穿透直至强风化岩层,利用孔外制备好的水泥土浆液注入桩孔内,形成强度不高的水泥土挡墙,最后再采用搓管机全套管施工工艺配合抓斗取土成孔、安放钢筋笼之后采用超缓凝混凝土浇筑实现咬合桩之间软搭接。本发明通过采用孔外制备水泥土浆,形成后注浆连续水泥土墙,在水泥土连续墙内二次全套管成桩。解决了旋挖硬切割桩体进入地连墙导致支护体无法施工的问题,同时也解决了其余纯全套管方案费用大、接头易渗水、效率低的问题。
