The plurality of supporting pieces and the plurality of through holes are in one-to-one correspondence and are communicated; a fixing part is arranged on the bottom wall of the mounting cylinder in the axial direction, the non-telescopic ends of the multiple supporting parts are fixed to the fixing part, the power assembly comprises a longitudinal driving part and an angle adjusting part, the longitudinal driving part penetrates through the slope protection plate and can move in the axial direction of the mounting cylinder, and the angle adjusting part can adjust the angle of the slope protection plate.
