The invention discloses a foundation pit dewatering well and a construction method thereof. The problem that an existing sand-free cement well is not high in dewatering efficiency is solved. The dewatering well pipe is composed of a PVC pipe, a variable-diameter connecting pipe and a spiral pipe from top to bottom, the spiral pipe is located on the lower middle section of the dewatering well and at least covers a water-bearing layer, water penetrating holes are formed in the spiral pipe, and a concrete filling area, a rammed earth area and a gravel filling area are formed in an annular area between the dewatering well pipe and the drilled hole and between the dewatering well pipe and the reamed hole from top to bottom. The grouting pipe penetrates through the concrete filling area, the rammed earth area and the gravel filling area from top to bottom, and the grouting pipe is externally connected with grouting equipment. According to the invention, an original sand-free cement pipe is changed into an integrated pipe, so that the installation process is smoothly implemented, the installation efficiency is improved, and the installed dewatering well forms an annular and expanded water collecting space, so that the water permeable holes are prevented from being blocked by a soil layer under the carrying of seepage water, and the effect of efficient dewatering is realized.
本发明公开了一种基坑降水井及其施工方法,解决现有的无砂水泥井中存在的降水效率不高问题。降水井井管由自上而下的PVC管、变径连接管和螺旋管组成,螺旋管位于降水井的中下段,至少覆盖含水层,该螺旋管上具有贯穿的透水孔,并在降水井井管和钻孔、扩孔之间的环形区域内自上而下形成混凝土填充区、夯土区和碎石填充区,注浆管自上而下穿设在混凝土填充区、夯土区和碎石填充区,且该注浆管外接注浆设备。本发明将原有的无砂水泥管改为一体管,使得安装工艺得以顺利实施,提高了安装效率,且安装后的降水井形成环形的、扩大状的集水空间,避免土层在渗水的携带下都对透水孔的堵塞,实现了高效降水的作用。
