The anti-vibration shock insulation system belongs to a passive control mode, is free of external energy input, has natural and stable characteristics, and is simple in construction technology and high in safety; the friction damper has friction energy consumption and the memory alloy has flag-type hysteresis characteristics, and the friction damper and the memory alloy have dynamic performance of high static stiffness and low dynamic stiffness after being combined, so that the stability of the vibration isolation system can be ensured before an external load acts on the structure; and when the external load acts on the structure, the high vibration isolation and impact isolation efficiency of the vibration isolation system can be ensured.
