The invention relates to the field of buildings, in particular to an assembly type concrete sandwich wallboard which comprises an upper concrete leaf plate, a heat preservation plate and a lower concrete leaf plate which are sequentially arranged in an overlapped mode, and the upper concrete leaf plate and the lower concrete leaf plate are connected and fixed through a tying piece. The tie piece comprises at least one set of composite material cavity plates perpendicular to the plate faces of the concrete leaf plates, cavities in the composite material cavity plates are used for being filled with high-performance concrete webs, and composite material flange strips are horizontally arranged at the upper ends and the lower ends of the composite material cavity plates in the width direction of the concrete leaf plates. The composite material flange strips are used for being bound and fixed with steel bars in the upper concrete leaf plate and the lower concrete leaf plate. According to the invention, by improving the tie piece, on the premise of reducing the thickness of the blade plate, the overall stress deformation of the component can be ensured to meet the requirement, and the dead weight and the manufacturing cost of the component are greatly reduced. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the fabricated concrete sandwich wallboard.
