Two pieces of T-shaped steel and a plurality of H-shaped PBL pieces are manufactured in a factory, the H-shaped PBL pieces are evenly distributed and welded to the lower side of a flange along the length of a T-shaped steel beam, then two T-shaped steel webs are connected in an inclined welding mode through angle steel, the ends of the two T-shaped steel webs are connected in a vertical welding mode through angle steel, a corrugated pipe is arranged between the two T-shaped steel webs, and the corrugated pipe is welded to the lower side of a flange. And the prestressed tendons penetrate through the steel base plate and the corrugated pipe, concrete pouring is conducted on the T-shaped steel web, and the prestressed tendons are tensioned after concrete curing is completed. The web plate part is wrapped by the concrete, so that the problems of instability and buckling due to compression of steel are avoided, the bonding force between the concrete and the T-shaped steel is increased through the H-shaped PBL pieces on the lower portions of the flanges and the angle steel at the web plate, the shear bearing capacity of the beam is improved, the two pieces of T-shaped steel are connected through the oblique angle steel and the vertical angle steel, the section inertia moment is increased, and the shear bearing capacity of the beam is improved. 一种预应力桁架式空腹型钢部分包裹混凝土梁,包括T型钢、H型PBL件、斜向角钢、竖向角钢、预应力筋、锚具、钢垫板、预制混凝土。在工厂制作出两块T型钢、若干H型PBL件、将H型PBL件沿T型钢梁长均布焊接在翼缘下侧,然后将两块T型钢腹板通过角钢进行斜向焊接连接、两块T型钢腹板端部处通过角钢进行竖向焊接连接,在两块T型钢腹板之间布置波纹管,钢垫板、将预应力筋穿过钢垫板和波纹管,对T型钢腹板进行混凝土浇筑、待混凝土养护完成后张拉预应力筋即完成。本发明中腹板部分由混凝土包裹避免了钢材失稳和受压曲屈的问题,翼缘下部H型PBL件及腹板处角钢的使用增大了混凝土与T型钢之间的粘结力、提高梁的抗剪承载力,两T型钢通过斜向角钢和竖向角钢连接、增大了截面惯性矩,可以极大地提高梁的抗弯承载力,同时张拉预应力筋对混凝土施加了预应力,提高了梁的开裂荷载,本发明为局部混凝土约束,只有腹板处有混凝土、T型钢翼缘部分裸露,便与施工中的组装与连接。
