Rainwater potential energy is fully utilized for treating, recycling and storing rainwater in the rainy season, water and energy are saved, meanwhile, a part of purified water can be provided for the rainwater main pipe and the prepared water tank by the water supply pipe network in the water using peak period to be stored so that the purified water can be supplied for property management for use, the design is reasonable, and the green and environment-friendly concept is met.
