The road segment compaction quality monitoring method comprises the steps that a vibration acceleration signal of a road roller located on a test road segment is collected; obtaining a corresponding spectrogram according to the vibration acceleration signal; calculating a monitoring index according to the harmonic amplitude in the spectrogram and the sum of the amplitude at the adjacent frequency of the frequency corresponding to the harmonic amplitude; monitoring whether the compaction quality of the test road section is qualified or not according to the monitoring indexes; continuous, real-time and lossless monitoring on the compaction quality of the road section site is realized, and the control on the compaction quality of the site is enhanced.
