The invention discloses high-mud-content cemented sand gravel and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that a mud blocking agent is doped into a water reducing agent, the mud blocking agent comprises cane sugar, a phosphate type surfactant and sodium sulfonate, and the water reducing agent doped with the mud blocking agent is obtained; mixing the water reducing agent doped with the mud blocking agent with water, cement and fly ash to obtain a cementing agent; and adding a cementing agent into the sand gravel, stirring and vibrating, and standing. According to the high-mud-content cemented sand gravel and the preparation method thereof, the damming procedure of a high-mud-content cemented sand gravel dam can be simplified, the construction period and investment are reduced, and the compressive strength of the high-mud-content cemented sand gravel is obviously improved.
