The invention relates to a laser collimation construction pavement compaction state sensing device, which comprises a collimation laser emitting device fixed at a stationary point position; the camera detector is used for receiving the laser emitted by the collimation laser emitting device; the detector adjusting device is arranged on the road roller; the detector adjusting device is used for installing a camera detector and adjusting the longitudinal position, the transverse horizontal position, the pitch angle and the azimuth angle of the camera detector; the controller is connected with the detector adjusting device, the camera detector and the road roller and is configured to execute the following steps that in the working process of the road roller, the detector adjusting device is dynamically adjusted, so that light spots formed in the camera detector by the laser emitted by the collimation laser emitting device meet pre-configured conditions, and the road roller is driven to move. Recording detector adjustment parameters corresponding to each compaction operation process of each observation point; and calculating to obtain the compaction degree of each observation point based on the detector adjustment parameters of each time of compaction operation process of each observation point. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of improving the accuracy and efficiency of nondestructive testing and the like.
