The invention relates to a connecting system of a steel box girder and a support and a support replacing method. The cushion block is fixed on the steel box girder; the supporting plate is fixed on the cushion block; an upper seat plate is fixed to the side, close to the supporting plate, of the support, and the upper seat plate is connected with the supporting plate through bolts. The steel box girder and the cushion block are fixed, and the cushion block is in bolted connection with the upper seat plate of the support through the supporting plate fixed on the cushion block, so that when the support needs to be replaced later, the support can be directly replaced outside the steel box girder, and damage to the steel box girder is avoided as much as possible; the technical problems that in the prior art, the steel box girder and the support are connected in a bolting or welding mode, follow-up replacement of the support is inconvenient, and even mechanical damage can be caused to the steel box girder are solved.
