The invention relates to the technical field of Internet of Things, in particular to an intelligent fishway flow supplementing system which comprises a flow velocity detection module, an ecological monitoring module, an analysis control module, a self-adaptive control module, a water pump module and a power module. Wherein the flow velocity detection module is used for collecting water flow velocity data in a fishway in real time; the ecological monitoring module is used for monitoring water quality parameters and water temperature of a fishway water body; the analysis control module is used for performing data analysis and logic processing and generating a preliminary control instruction; the self-adaptive control module is used for automatically adjusting start, stop and power of the water pump module; the water pump module controls the flow speed in the fishway; and the power supply module is powered by mains supply or a solar cell and supplies power to the system. According to the invention, the water flow speed and water quality in the fishway are monitored in real time and automatically adjusted, so that the fish passing efficiency of the fishway is obviously improved, the resource use is optimized, the energy is saved, and the ecological balance and biological diversity are effectively maintained.
