The invention relates to the technical field of drainage controllers, in particular to an intelligent drainage controller which comprises a power adapter, an action generator, an information collector and an intelligent drainage control center. The power adapter supplies power to the action generator after converting power voltage; the information collector is arranged in a drinking water pipeline, collects a water temperature signal in the drinking water pipeline and transmits the water temperature signal to the intelligent drainage control center; the intelligent drainage control center receives the water temperature signal and outputs a control signal to the action generator; and the action generator receives the control signal and outputs an action signal to control the opening and closing of an electromagnetic valve on the drinking water pipeline, so that the maintenance of the drinking water pipeline is realized. According to the controller, the functions of temperature control sensing flushing, flow sensing flushing and timing and quantitative flushing are achieved, a large number of microorganisms in a drinking water pipeline are prevented from being formed, meanwhile, the liquid level early warning function is provided, and the safety of the indoor water using environment is guaranteed.
