TBM construction system suitable for large-gradient inclined shaft and construction method of TBM construction system
The TBM construction system comprises a TBM main machine and a rear supporting system, the TBM main machine comprises a front shield, a tight supporting shield and a rear supporting ABS which are sequentially arranged, a telescopic shield is installed between the front shield and the tight supporting shield, a plurality of main pushing oil cylinders connected with the front shield and a cutter head are arranged in the telescopic shield, and the rear supporting ABS is connected with the front shield. A dragging oil cylinder is installed between the tight supporting shield and a rear matching ABS, the rear matching system is arranged on a steel structure section system, the steel structure section system is laid section by section along with tunneling of a TBM main machine, concrete blocks are filled between adjacent middle sleepers in a hydraulic reclamation mode, and anchor rods are constructed to lock and anchor the concrete blocks on surrounding rock at the bottom of a tunnel; an auxiliary pushing oil cylinder is installed in the tight supporting shield, the front end of the auxiliary pushing oil cylinder is connected with the tight supporting shield, and the rear end of the auxiliary pushing oil cylinder abuts against the front end of the steel structure joint system. Under the extreme working condition, the TBM whole machine forms mechanical retaining, the front shield, the tight supporting shield and the rear matched ABS alternately tightly support the rock wall in the TBM tunneling process, and the construction safety of the inclined shaft is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种适应于大坡度斜井使用的TBM施工系统及其施工方法,其包括TBM主机和后配套系统,TBM主机包括依次设置的前盾、撑紧盾、后配套ABS,前盾和撑紧盾之间安装伸缩盾,伸缩盾内布置多个连接前盾及刀盘的主推油缸,撑紧盾与后配套ABS之间安装拖拉油缸,后配套系统布置于钢构节系统上,钢构节系统随TBM主机掘进一节一节铺设,且相邻中间轨枕之间吹填混凝土块,并施作锚杆将混凝土块锁定锚固在隧洞洞底围岩上;撑紧盾内安装辅推油缸,且辅推油缸的前端连接所述撑紧盾,后端顶住钢构节系统前端。在极端工况下,本发明TBM整机形成机械止退,TBM掘进过程前盾、撑紧盾、后配套ABS交替撑紧岩壁,保障斜井施工安全。
