Then preliminary analysis and depth calculation of data are carried out through the preprocessing unit, so that evaluation coefficients corresponding to efficiency, energy consumption and water quality are comprehensively obtained, multi-angle overall evaluation of the river channel is achieved, and then a river channel dredging efficiency analysis model is constructed through the core analysis unit; according to the method, a desilting conveying optimal scheme, a desilting regulation and control signal and a river channel management signal are generated, then signal regulation and control processing is carried out through a signal control unit, low energy consumption and high efficiency of desilting work are achieved, effect unification and effect stability of overall desilting conveying work of a river channel are guaranteed, and finally desilting efficiency and water quality are synchronously improved.
