The lead sleeve comprises a sealing connecting part and a lead part which are connected and internally communicated, the whole sealing connecting part is oblate, the second inserting part is inserted and clamped in the sealing connecting part, a plurality of sealing rings are arranged on the outer wall of the sealing connecting part, and when the first inserting part is clamped at one end of a wire outlet of the electric supporting rod, the sealing connecting part is inserted in the wire outlet.
