The invention discloses a ventilation cooling method for a semi-underground granary, which comprises the following steps of: providing air supply power by using a grain air cooler, pre-cooling fresh air by using a tunnel air pipe, cooling mist through air of a mist cooling box, continuously cooling the mist in a buried pipe under the action of the grain air cooler, and finally feeding the mist into a ventilation ground cage of the semi-underground granary. Return air at the top of the semi-underground granary is exhausted to the external environment through an air return pipe; if the air supply temperature monitored by the air supply temperature sensor is higher than the ventilation cooling air inlet temperature of the semi-underground granary, the air cooling function of the grain air cooler is started, and the tunnel pipe, the mist sprayer, the grain air cooler and the buried pipe are used for cooling fresh air in sequence. The tunnel air pipe is used for conducting pre-cooling and spray cooling on fresh air, the high-temperature fresh air can be reduced from 35 DEG C to 23 DEG C or below, the air inlet temperature of the grain air cooler is greatly reduced, the energy consumption of the grain air cooler is remarkably reduced, the ventilation cooling time of the granary is not affected by outdoor high-temperature air in summer, and then the ventilation efficiency of the granary is improved.
本发明公开了一种半地下粮仓的通风降温方法,该方法利用谷冷风机提供送风动力,先利用地道风管对新风预冷,再利用喷雾经过喷雾冷却箱的空气降温,在谷冷风机的作用下进入地埋管继续降温,最后送入半地下粮仓的通风地笼,半地下粮仓顶部的回风经回风管排风至外界环境中;若送风温度传感器监测到的送风温度高于半地下粮仓的通风降温进风温度,开启谷冷风机的风冷功能,利用地道管、喷雾、谷冷风机和地埋管依次对新风进行降温。本发明利用地道风管对新风进行预冷+喷雾冷却,可将高温新风由35℃降至23℃以下,大大降低谷冷风机的进风温度,显著降低谷冷风机的能耗,使得粮仓通风冷却时间不受夏季室外高温空气的影响,进而提高粮仓的通风效率。
