Advanced treatment and resource utilization method for lead zinc ore beneficiation wastewater
The invention discloses a lead zinc ore beneficiation wastewater advanced treatment and resource utilization method which comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating lead zinc ore beneficiation wastewater by using a biological agent, and then carrying out solid-liquid separation; (2) adding an oxidizing agent into the effluent obtained in the step (1) to carry out oxidation reaction; (3) adding acid into the reacted liquid in the step (2) to adjust the pH value; (4) adding a biological agent into the reacted liquid in the step (3) for catalytic oxidation; (5) carrying out solid-liquid separation on the liquid after reaction in the step (4), feeding slag into a tailing pond, and feeding effluent into a membrane system for concentration; (6) concentrated water treated by the membrane system enters an evaporation system, and fresh water is recycled; and evaporating the concentrated water, and collecting evaporated crystal salt. Compared with the prior art, the method is more efficient, lower in cost and easy to operate, and efficient removal and comprehensive recycling of COD and various heavy metals in the lead zinc ore flotation wastewater and recycling of salt can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种铅锌矿选矿废水深度处理及资源化利用的方法,包括下述的步骤:(1)将铅锌矿选矿废水用生物制剂进行预处理,然后固液分离;(2)将步骤(1)的出水加入氧化剂进行氧化反应;(3)将步骤(2)的反应后液加入酸调节pH;(4)将步骤(3)的反应后液加入生物制剂进行催化氧化;(5)将步骤(4)的反应后液进行固液分离,渣进入尾矿库,出水进入膜系统进行浓缩;(6)膜系统处理后的浓水进入蒸发系统,淡水回用;浓水经过蒸发,收集蒸发后的结晶盐。本发明较现有工艺更高效、成本更低、操作简单,可实现铅锌矿浮选废水中COD、多种重金属的高效去除、全面回用及盐的资源化。
