The invention provides a continuous production method and system of calcium hydroxide with high whiteness and high specific surface area, and relates to the technical field of deep processing of limestone. The continuous production method comprises the following steps: step 1, continuously adding quick lime particles into an inlet of a primary digester, simultaneously continuously adding digestion water and an auxiliary agent into the inlet of the primary digester, and premixing and pre-digesting under a stirring condition; step 2, continuously introducing a material discharged from the primary digester into a secondary digester, continuously adding digestion water and an auxiliary agent at an inlet of the secondary digester, and stirring, digesting and aging; and 3, sequentially feeding the material discharged from the second-stage digester into a third-stage digester, a fourth-stage digester and a fifth-stage digester for digestion and aging, and grading by a grading machine to obtain the product. The method not only can be used for continuously preparing calcium hydroxide with high whiteness and high specific surface area, but also has the characteristics of simple process, short time consumption, remarkable effect, low energy consumption and the like, is already applied to actual production, and has a good use effect.
