The invention provides pozzolanic rock powder, a preparation method thereof and application of the pozzolanic rock powder in concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) primary treatment of a pozzolanic rock material; (2) adding a grinding aid into the pozzolanic rock material obtained in the step (1); (3) performing coarse grinding and fine grinding to obtain fine grinding slurry; (4) performing spray drying on the obtained fine grinding slurry to obtain volcanic ash rock powder of which the sieve residue of a square hole sieve with the fineness of 45 microns is less than or equal to 12%; the grinding aid is iron powder. Iron powder is adopted as a grinding aid, coarse grinding and fine grinding processing modes are adopted, all process parameters of a specific low-energy-consumption powder grinding preparation method suitable for preparing the superfine pozzolanic rock powder are defined, and the grinding efficiency of the pozzolanic rock powder is remarkably improved; the fineness of the processed volcanic ash rock powder (residues on a square hole sieve with the size of 45 microns) can be lower than 12%, and the particle size distribution is more uniform; the preparation method of the volcanic ash rock powder is suitable for large-scale production, the production efficiency can be improved, and the production energy consumption can be reduced.
本发明提供了一种火山灰岩石粉、其制备方法及其在混凝土中的应用,其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)火山灰质岩石材料初处理;(2)向步骤(1)得到的火山灰质岩石材料中加入助磨剂;(3)进行粗磨和细磨,得到细磨料浆;(4)所得细磨料浆经喷雾干燥后得到细度45μm方孔筛筛余量≤12%的火山灰岩石粉体;上述助磨剂为铁粉。采用铁粉作为助磨剂并采用粗磨及细磨的加工方式,明确适合于制备超细火山灰质岩石粉的具体低能耗粉磨制备方法的各工艺参数,显著提高火山灰质石粉的研磨效率;加工出的火山灰岩石粉细度(45μm方孔筛筛余)可低于12%,粒度分布更均匀;本申请火山灰岩石粉的制备方法适用于规模化生产,可以提高生产效率,降低生产能耗。
