Optimization method for partially replacing steel fibers with modified bamboo fibers in UHPC
The invention provides an optimization method for partially replacing steel fibers with modified bamboo fibers in UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete), which specifically comprises the following steps: selecting fresh moso bamboos, cutting out bamboo tubes, and pre-treating the bamboo tubes to obtain bamboo strips; the bamboo canes are modified, and modified bamboo fibers with the preset length are manufactured; uniformly mixing 1.0% by volume of end hook type steel fiber, 1.0% by volume of modified bamboo fiber with preset length and ultra-high performance concrete in a fiber mixer; filling the ultra-high performance concrete into a mold, and carrying out vibration molding; and curing and hardening the formed concrete to prepare the hybrid fiber ultra-high performance concrete structural member. Compared with a steel fiber UHPC, the hybrid fiber ultra-high performance concrete structure prepared by the method has almost the same compressive strength, and the breaking strength and the splitting tensile strength are superior to those of steel fibers; and the modified bamboo fibers and the steel fibers are mixed and doped, so that the dual purposes of green low carbon and reduction of the UHPC manufacturing cost can be achieved.
本发明提供一种改性竹纤维在UHPC中部分替代钢纤维的优化方法,具体包括以下步骤:选择新鲜毛竹,截取竹筒,对竹筒进行前处理,以得到竹条;对竹条进行改性,制作预设长度的改性竹纤维;在纤维搅拌机中将1.0%体积掺量的端钩型钢纤维、1.0%体积掺量的预设长度的改性竹纤维和超高性能混凝土搅拌均匀;将超高性能混凝土装填到模具中,振动成型;对成型后的混凝土养护硬化,制备得到混杂纤维超高性能混凝土结构构件。本发明制备得到混杂纤维超高性能混凝土结构构,与钢纤维UHPC相比,抗压强度几乎相同,抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度均优于钢纤维;而且混杂掺入改性竹纤维与钢纤维能够实现绿色低碳及降低UHPC造价成本的双目标。
