The invention relates to the field of foundation treatment, and particularly discloses premixed flow-state solidified soil for a non-ramming compaction pile as well as a preparation method and application of the premixed flow-state solidified soil, and the flow-state solidified soil comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of cement, 90-110 parts of fly ash, 40-60 parts of mineral powder, 900-1100 parts of aggregate, 430-550 parts of water and 3-7 parts of a solidification additive; wherein the aggregate is a mixture of building or industrial solid wastes and loess; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the cement, the fly ash and the aggregate to prepare a stirred material; mixing water with the curing admixture, then adding the stirred material, and stirring to obtain premixed flow-state cured soil; the invention further discloses application of the flow-state solidified soil in compaction pile construction, and the flow-state solidified soil has the advantages that a new material is provided for compaction pile construction and is not affected by tamping and filling construction parameters and the water content of foundation soil.
