The invention provides 3D printing silicon nitride slurry and a preparation method of silicon nitride ceramic. The 3D printing silicon nitride slurry comprises the following components: silicon nitride powder, light-cured resin, a photoinitiator, a dispersant, a hydroxylation reagent, a powder modifier and a sintering aid, and the particle size of the silicon nitride powder is 0.1-1.0 [mu] m. The light-cured resin monomer with a high refractive index plays a main curing role, the curing depth is effectively improved, the monomer has a high refractive index, light can be better guided into the slurry, the curing depth is remarkably increased, the particle size is small, and meanwhile the high curing depth is achieved. The invention also provides a preparation method of the silicon nitride ceramic.
本发明提供了一种3D打印氮化硅浆料及氮化硅陶瓷的制备方法。本发明的3D打印氮化硅浆料,组分包括氮化硅粉体、光固化树脂、光引发剂、分散剂、羟基化试剂、粉体改性剂和烧结助剂,所述氮化硅粉体的粒径为0.1μm~1.0μm。本发明通过折射率高的光固化树脂单体发挥主要的固化作用,有效提高了固化深度,单体具有较高的折射率,可以更好地引导光线进入浆料内部,使得固化深度显著增加,实现了粒径小的同时具有高的固化深度。本发明还提供了氮化硅陶瓷的制备方法。
