The top and back seam blocking positioning frame comprises an L-shaped rear seam blocking plate, a grouting hole formed in the upper side of the L-shaped rear seam blocking plate, an L-shaped frame arranged on the L-shaped rear seam blocking plate and an adjustable top seam blocking mechanism arranged on the L-shaped frame, the front baffle and the L-shaped rear seam blocking plate are oppositely arranged, and the L-shaped frame is connected with the front baffle; the device has the advantages of being light, detachable, low in cost and convenient to carry and operate. When the curbs are installed, the installation seam width of the curbs is effectively controlled, the seam width is kept consistent, and the straightening plate can effectively eliminate the side face block difference of the two curbs.
