The invention relates to a self-climbing support structure for bridge jacking and a jacking method thereof. The support structure comprises steel pipe stand columns and jacking supports, wherein the steel pipe stand columns are arranged at intervals and formed by vertically splicing stand column sections, the jacking supports are arranged on the steel pipe stand columns, and bridge jacking oil cylinders are arranged at the tops of the steel pipe stand columns; the jacking support comprises an upper cross beam support and a lower cross beam support which are movably arranged in a lifting mode, a vertical telescopic oil cylinder is arranged between the upper cross beam support and the lower cross beam support in the vertical direction, supporting pieces are hinged to the side faces of all the stand column sections of the steel pipe stand column, and when the supporting pieces are overturned in place towards one side, the lower cross beam support is supported. The movable lifting of the upper cross beam bracket and the lower cross beam bracket is not interfered when the upper cross beam bracket and the lower cross beam bracket are overturned in place towards the other side; the upper beam support is fixedly connected with a bridge jacking oil cylinder, and a lifting tool used for lifting the stand column section is arranged on the circumferential face of the upper beam support. During jacking, the support structures A and B are arranged below the bridge, the support structures A and B alternately and automatically climb, the stand column sections are additionally arranged in a suspended mode to achieve bridge jacking operation, and the construction efficiency is high.
