The invention provides a distribution network overhead line warning device which comprises a base station, a rotating base station, a first telescopic structure, a second telescopic structure, a supporting structure, a monitoring structure and a guiding structure. The bottom of the base station is fixedly connected with a concrete foundation, and first guiding strips are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the top of the base station; the rotating base tables are movably connected with the base tables through first guide strips and driven by hollow lead screws to move along the first guide strips on the base tables, the tops of the rotating base tables on the two sides are in pivot joint with first telescopic structures, the tops of the first telescopic structures are movably connected with second telescopic structures, and the right sides of the second telescopic structures are movably connected with supporting structures. A power distribution line can be placed on the right side of the supporting structure, meanwhile, a monitoring structure is arranged in the device and used for controlling the device to be lifted and giving an alarm, and meanwhile the first telescopic structure, the second telescopic structure and the supporting structure move in the vertical or horizontal direction through a guiding structure.
