The invention provides a construction method of an anti-upheaval device of an open-cut tunnel, which comprises the following steps: excavating an open-cut tunnel foundation pit to a designed elevation, and pouring a tunnel structure in the open-cut tunnel foundation pit; the positions and the depths of pile holes to be excavated are determined on the two sides of the open cut tunnel foundation pit; symmetrical sleeves are obliquely and downwards constructed at the bottom of the open cut tunnel foundation pit, upward extension lines of the top ends of the sleeves are tangent to the top of the tunnel structure, and the bottom ends of the sleeves are located at preset positions of the bottom of the pile hole to be excavated; a pile hole is excavated, bottom expanding treatment is conducted at the bottom end of the pile hole, and an expanded head is formed; a pile hole protection wall is poured in the pile hole, and it is guaranteed that the pile hole after the pile hole protection wall is poured communicates with the sleeve; and an anchor cable penetrates through a connecting piece preset at the top of the tunnel structure, the two ends of the anchor cable penetrate through the sleeves correspondingly and then enter the pile holes, anchoring ends are installed at the two ends of the anchor cable, and pre-tightening force is applied to the anchor cable. By applying the method, the existing tunnel can be effectively prevented from floating upwards.
本发明提供了一种明挖隧道的抗隆起装置的施工方法,包括:开挖明挖隧道基坑到设计标高,并在明挖隧道基坑内浇筑隧道结构;在明挖隧道基坑的两侧确定出待挖桩孔的位置及深度;在明挖隧道基坑的底部,斜向下施工对称的套管,套管顶端的向上延长线与隧道结构的顶部相切,套管底端位于待挖桩孔的底部预设位置处;开挖桩孔,在桩孔的底端进行扩底处理,形成扩大头;在桩孔内浇筑桩孔护壁,并保证浇筑桩孔护壁后的桩孔与套管连通;将锚索穿过隧道结构顶部预设的连接件,并将锚索的两个端头分别穿过套管后进入到桩孔内,在锚索的两个端头安装锚固端头,并对锚索施加预紧力。应用本发明可以有效防止既有隧道上浮。
