Precast pile
The invention relates to a precast pile which comprises a transverse connecting block and a longitudinal connecting block which are arranged in the axial direction. The transverse connecting blocks and the longitudinal connecting blocks intersect to form a precast pile body with the cross-shaped cross section. A plurality of bosses protruding outwards are arranged on the outer sides of the transverse connecting blocks and the longitudinal connecting blocks in the length direction of the transverse connecting blocks and the longitudinal connecting blocks; an inner groove is formed between every two adjacent bosses; the bosses on the outer sides of the transverse connecting blocks correspond to the bosses on the outer sides of the longitudinal connecting blocks. The cross-shaped prefabricated pile is simple in structure, the soil squeezing effect is reduced through the mode that the cross-shaped prefabricated pile body is arranged, the guide notches in the corners of the cross section and the inner grooves and the bosses which are alternately distributed in the longitudinal section are connected, the friction force between the prefabricated pile body and soil around the pile is effectively enhanced, and then the prefabricated pile has good axial tensile and pulling resistance performance.
本发明涉及一种预制桩,包括沿轴向布设的横向连接块和纵向连接块;横向连接块和纵向连接块相交形成横截面呈十字型的预制桩本体;所述横向连接块和纵向连接块的外侧沿其长度方向均设置有多个向外凸起的凸台;相邻凸台之间形成内凹槽;横向连接块外侧的凸台与纵向连接块外侧的凸台相对应布设;本发明结构简单,通过设置呈十字型的预制桩本体,通过横截面角部的导向缺口,纵截面交替布设的内凹槽与凸台连接方式减少挤土效应,有效增强了预制桩本体与桩周土体间的摩擦力,进而使得预制桩具有较好的轴向抗拉抗拔性能。
