The invention discloses a method and a structure for treating collision between frame beams and fender posts of a cantilever ramp of a basement. The method comprises the following steps of: analyzing the elevation, the structural form and the stress of a transverse frame beam and a fender post of a collision part; at the collision position of the overhanging ramp frame beam and the fender post, the inclined supporting column replaces the transverse overhanging beam to serve as a supporting point of the ramp plate; the joint of the inclined support column and the building outer wall is longitudinally and locally reinforced to form an in-wall embedded column, and the joint of the inclined support column and the ramp plate and the retaining wall is provided with an edge sealing beam; needed inclined supporting column steel bars are reserved on the original shear wall; and steel bar connection, column root chiseling, support erection, template installation and concrete pouring are carried out. According to the method, the problem that construction cannot be carried out according to an original construction drawing due to the fact that the frame beam of the basement cantilever ramp collides with the fender posts is solved, simple cantilever ramp construction is achieved under the condition that the fender posts are not broken and removed and temporary roads are not affected, and construction safety and efficiency are improved.
本发明公开了一种地下室悬挑坡道框梁与围护桩碰撞处理的方法与结构。所述方法包括步骤:对碰撞部分横向框梁与围护桩的标高、结构形式及受力进行分析;在悬挑坡道框梁与围护桩碰撞位置处,由斜支撑柱代替横向悬挑梁作为坡道板的支撑点;斜支撑柱与建筑物外墙相接部分纵向进行局部补强形成墙内暗柱,与坡道板及挡土墙相接位置设置封边梁;在原剪力墙预留出所需斜支撑柱钢筋;进行钢筋连接、柱根凿毛、支撑搭设、模板安装、混凝土浇筑的方式施工。本发明解决因地下室悬挑坡道框梁与围护桩碰撞而无法按照原施工图施工的问题,在不破除围护桩且不影响临时道路的情况下,实现简易化的悬挑坡道施工,提高施工安全及效率。
