The narrow-base tower node structure comprises a main pipe and a branch pipe, and a node plate is fixed to the side wall of the main pipe; a branch pipe center plate is fixedly connected to the end of the branch pipe, the branch pipe center plate and the gusset plate are arranged on the same plane, and the branch pipe, the gusset plate and the branch pipe center plate are the same in thickness. Connecting plates are arranged on the two opposite sides of the joint of the gusset plate and the branch pipe center plate. One ends of the connecting plates are fixedly connected with the gusset plate through bolts, and the other ends of the connecting plates are fixedly connected with the branch pipe center plate through bolts. By changing the connection mode of the narrow-base tower, the original tube-plate connection mode is replaced by plate-plate axis connection, the node bearing capacity is obviously improved, the pressure resistance of the narrow-base tower is enhanced, the axis of the narrow-base tower is ensured to be pressed, and the tower falling accident caused by the eccentric instability phenomenon is prevented.
本发明公开了一种窄基塔节点结构,包括主管和支管,所述主管侧壁固定有节点板;所述支管端部固定连接有支管中心板,所述支管中心板与节点板同平面设置,所述支管、节点板和支管中心板三者厚度相同;所述节点板和支管中心板衔接处对立两侧均设置有连接板,所述连接板一端与节点板、连接板另一端与支管中心板之间均采用螺栓固定连接;本发明通过改变窄基塔的连接方式,从原先的管板连接方式更换为板板轴心连接,节点承载力提升明显,增强窄基塔的抗压能力,保证窄基塔轴心受压,防止出现偏心失稳现象造成倒塔事故。
