Comprising a bottom plate, a vertical spring assembly, a damping assembly, a horizontal adjustable pre-pressing negative stiffness assembly, a mass block and a structural vibration sensing monitor. According to the tuned mass damper, the vertical spring is used for providing positive stiffness, the horizontal adjustable pre-pressing negative stiffness assembly is used for providing negative stiffness, bearing is provided through reasonable combination of the positive stiffness and the negative stiffness, and the overall equivalent dynamic stiffness needed by movement of the mass block is controlled; the static compression amount of the vertical ultralow-frequency tuned mass damper can be effectively reduced, and the frequency can be adjusted in a stepless mode in real time according to the control requirement of a controlled structure, so that the size of the tuned mass damper can be reduced, and the application range of the tuned mass damper is widened.
