The invention discloses a large-span special-shaped GRG veneer structure and a mounting method. The large-span special-shaped GRG veneer structure comprises a decoration panel, a vertical connecting assembly, a horizontal connecting assembly and an inclined connecting assembly. The decoration panel is of a special-shaped structure and is divided into a vertical part, a curved surface part and a horizontal part. The decoration panel is divided into three parts which respectively correspond to three installation states of the decoration panel; according to the division of the decoration panel area, a horizontal connecting assembly and a vertical connecting assembly are arranged on the external structure column and the external structure bottom plate, and an inclined connecting assembly is arranged between the horizontal connecting assembly and the vertical connecting assembly. After the vertical connecting assembly, the horizontal connecting assembly and the inclined connecting assembly are erected on the external structural column and the structural bottom plate, the installation operation of the decoration panel is sequentially completed from bottom to top. The structural form of regional installation is adopted, and decoration panels of the same type are intensively installed in the same working procedure, so that the integrity of the large-span special-shaped veneer is enhanced; the method has the characteristics of good construction quality and effect and high precision.
