The adjusting and fixing assembly comprises an adjusting rod, clamping plates at the two ends of the adjusting rod and fasteners. The adjusting rod is transversely arranged above the grout stop belt in the length direction. A plurality of grouting grooves are formed in the surface of the grout stop belt in the length direction.
