The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, and discloses a constructional column assembling structure which comprises a formwork assembly and a plurality of reinforcing devices and further comprises a first formwork unit and a second formwork unit which are arranged from bottom to top and connected through a first mortise and tenon joint structure. The first formwork unit comprises at least two first formworks which are connected through a second mortise and tenon structure and define a first pouring space with the top open, the second formwork unit comprises at least two second formworks which are connected through a third mortise and tenon structure and define a second pouring space, and the multiple reinforcing devices are arranged outside the formwork assembly in the vertical direction. The reinforcing device comprises at least two reinforcing assemblies which can define a reinforcing cavity, and the inner wall of the reinforcing cavity is tightly attached to the outer wall of the formwork assembly. According to the constructional column, the firmness and the sealing performance of the two adjacent formwork units and the splicing position of the two adjacent formworks can be improved, the problems of joint staggering, slurry leakage and the like during concrete pouring are prevented, and the overall fastening performance, stability and bearing capacity of the constructional column are improved through the multiple reinforcing devices.
