The invention relates to a construction method of a stiff buttress guide wall joint, which comprises the following steps of: binding raft reinforcing steel bars, and pre-burying a pre-buried plate for mounting a steel column; wall column joint bars are bound, a plurality of horizontal bars of the guide walls on the two sides are bent and anchored along the two sides of the guide wall construction joints after being inserted into the guide wall construction joints, bent anchor sections parallel to each other are formed, the tail ends of each pair of bent anchor sections are fixed in a butt joint mode through a plurality of butt joint bars in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and therefore a plurality of U-shaped ring bars capable of avoiding steel columns are formed; the wall column joint bar is formed by a plurality of U-shaped ring bars; a water stop steel plate is installed, the water stop steel plate is continuously fixed along the inner side of the wall column joint bar, and the two ends of the water stop steel plate oppositely extend outwards to be inserted into the guide walls on the two sides correspondingly; pouring for the first time: integrally pouring the raft reinforcing steel bars and the wall column joint bars to form an integrated concrete structure comprising the raft and the U-shaped ring wall, and anchoring the water stop steel plate into the U-shaped ring wall; steel columns are installed, and after the raft reaches the design strength, the steel columns are vertically installed on the embedded plate; and secondary pouring is conducted, specifically, the steel column is poured, and the stiff buttress column fixed to the integrated concrete structure is formed. The problem that the steel column cannot be installed in the later period due to the fact that the embedded plate is poured in the guide wall is solved, limitation to the weight and the structural form of the steel column is avoided, and meanwhile it can be guaranteed that the waterproof requirement between wall columns is met.
本发明涉及一种劲性扶壁柱导墙节点施工方法,包括步骤:绑扎筏板钢筋,预埋用于安装钢柱的预埋板;绑扎墙柱插筋,使两侧导墙的多道水平筋在插入导墙施工缝后均沿导墙施工缝两侧进行弯锚,分别形成相互平行的弯锚段,利用多道对接筋一一对应地将每对弯锚段的末端对接固定,以形成多道可避让钢柱的U型环筋,多道该U型环筋共同形成该墙柱插筋;安装止水钢板,使该止水钢板沿该墙柱插筋的内侧连续固定,并使该止水钢板的两端相对向外延伸以分别插入至两侧导墙内;首次浇筑,对该筏板钢筋和该墙柱插筋进行一体式浇筑,形成包括筏板和U型环墙的一体式混凝土结构,并使该止水钢板锚固至该U型环墙内;安装钢柱,在该筏板达到设计强度后,将钢柱竖向安装在该预埋板上;二次浇筑,对钢柱进行浇筑,并形成与该一体式混凝土结构固定在一起的劲性扶壁柱。本发明解决了因预埋板被浇筑在导墙内而导致无法进行后期钢柱安装的问题,且避免了对钢柱重量和结构形式的限制,同时能够保证满足墙柱间的防水要求。
