The invention discloses a construction method based on a BIM heat preservation integrated non-dismantling formwork. The construction method comprises the following steps that the non-dismantling formwork is typeset through the BIM; the non-dismantling formwork is arranged on the frame beam according to typesetting, and a mortise groove with an upper opening is reserved in the non-dismantling formwork; concrete is poured on the non-dismantling formwork; concrete is solidified to form a cast-in-place floor, and the cast-in-place floor enters the concrete of the mortise to form a tenon anchor; and decorating the top plate. The construction method has the beneficial effects that according to the construction method, the heat preservation integrated non-dismantling formwork is adopted for floor heat preservation, traditional nylon connecting pieces are abandoned, mortise and tenon connection is adopted, the nylon connecting pieces are prevented from being damaged by follow-up steel bar binding and other procedures in the later period, meanwhile, due to mortise and tenon connection, the lower portion of the non-dismantling formwork is flat, and the construction efficiency is improved. Top plate leveling and anti-cracking treatment do not need to be carried out in follow-up top plate construction.
