The invention discloses a reinforced concrete beam-column joint seismic strengthening device, which relates to the technical field of buildings and comprises a concrete column, a concrete beam, a connecting seat and a buffer unit, the connecting seat is fixedly connected to the top of the concrete column; the buffering unit comprises a first-stage buffering part, a second-stage buffering part and a third-stage buffering part which are used for buffering vibration between the concrete beam and the connecting base; the primary buffer component comprises a pair of side plates and at least two pairs of elastic pieces fixed between the pair of side plates; the two side plates are fixedly connected with a beam framework steel bar of the concrete beam and the connecting seat respectively; two edge parts, parallel to the ridge line of the elastic piece, of the elastic piece are fixedly connected with the two side plates respectively; a gap is reserved between the two ridge lines of each pair of elastic pieces; the secondary buffer part is clamped at the gap; and the third-stage buffer part is arranged between two adjacent pairs of elastic parts. By means of the design, the technical problem that internal cracks are prone to occurring in an existing concrete beam-column joint is solved.
