The locking pin slides relatively along the guide groove, a shaft hole is further formed in the guide groove plate and used for installing the guide groove plate to the handle shaft, the guide groove comprises a plurality of circular arcs which are smoothly connected, and at least two circular arcs in the circular arcs are concentric with the shaft hole. The door lock mechanism is simple in structure and convenient to use, can bear water pressure of one ton when being closed, and can quickly complete reliable locking of the box door of the underwater treadmill.
